The 46116 is a vacuum motor that is used in many different applications, for RR Industrial it is used in our K353 carpet cleaning machines. It operates at 220V and draws 1400W of power.
RR Industrial Cleaning Equipment stocks the motor brushes for this motor. We can maintain this product with the aforementioned brushes, but if the motor has burnt then RR Industrial would not be able to facilitate any further repairs.
This product comes with a 3 month warranty, only if the motor was put into a machine by RR Industrial staff. If the motor is bought and RR Industrial was not responsible for the repair, then a warranty cannot be issued for the motor.
Maintenance of Motor
- The carbon brush of the motor must be checked by professional every 3 months.
- Malfunction of Motor
- The dust bag is too dirty / Clean the dust bag drastically.
- There are too much waste in the dust bag or in the machine / take out all the waste.
- The suction hose or the tank connector was jammed / Clear out the jam
